This was an awesome way to see Croatia. Fabulous scenery, challenging cycling and really enjoyed swimming on islands. The food was excellent, the accommodation was very comfortable, which made for an excellent vacation. Along the way you make great friends while you explore the history, bond over a bottle of wine and share the days great stories. We loved every moment and are already planning our next bike and sail in either Slovenia or Northern Croatia.”

We had a great time and loved Croatia (great food and wine, people, sights) and would definitely recommend the trip. The cycling consisted of a good mix of hilly and flat roads and we were surprised at how challenging some of the hills were. We had normal road bikes but maybe next time we would consider e-bikes to make it easier to get up the hills, especially with panniers – it seems the majority of people were riding e-bikes on the islands. The hotels were all of a great standard (with a very good breakfast).

Myself and my husband decided for a 10-day self-guided cycling tour in Croatia. We went with LIFE Adventures based on friend’s recommendation. It turned out to be one of the best holiday decisions we ever made.
Cycling on the islands of Brač, Hvar and Korčula, meeting the locals, learning about their rich culture and history and of course trying the most delicious food, is something we will never forget. We fell in love with Croatia!
Daily cycle tours are somewhere around 45 kilometers, with some steep sections, so the tour does require relatively good fitness level. However, the bike trail is well planned, to mainly avoid roads with heavy traffic.
The staff was very friendly and informative, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, the bikes and equipment in perfect condition, hotels very comfortable (3* and 4* stars).
I would highly recommend LIFE Adventures to everyone!
